In no particular order...

I have been scrapping various photos from various events just for the fun of it.........

I'm sad that the summer holidays are nearly over, the weather has not been great, in fact it's been pretty yucky,  but  we have made the most of our time off and done lots of fun things together. I must say, that I am really not looking forward to having to set the alarm clock again and get up early again on Thursday!!

Summer hols just flyng by!

Where has the time gone? One minute I'm looking at six weeks hols and the next I'm wondering how I got to over half way through and feeling  like I blinked and missed some of it! I LOVE having the kids home on holiday, and this year is no exception. We've not done a foreign holiday, but gone out on lots of day trips and just had fun hanging out at home and it has been bliss.

I even managed a bit of scrapping (all quite random!)....

Thanks for looking!

Paris (in Florida!)

Just a super quickie to post another layout I did based on this weeks sketch at Pencil Lines...

The need for speed

Ah Sunday! I love Sundays it's always a relaxed day around here for us, we often go for a swim straight after breakfast then have a light lunch followed by whatever we want to do and then a nice family meal in the evening. Today was no exception, we've had our swim and lunch, the boys are watching the F1 GP and me and Beth are just gonna make a moussaka for later so that we can spend some time in the craft room together later. I think we're maybe gonna bake some cakes too, so that we'll have some goodies to take out on picnics this coming week.

Anyway, over at sassy lil' sketches this week is this sketch...

And here's my take on the sketch (only two photo's though which I suppose is cheating!)

This sketch was great for using up loads of leftover bits of patterned paper that have been piling up on my desk!
