My gorgeous new baby nephew arrived on Saturday evening. I only have one photo of him so far but have already done a digi page!

Catchin' on
Well, I've been doing a bit more digi scrappin' and I think it's sinking in now enough that I'm managing some simple layouts without having to flip back and forth between tutorials now - woohoo!
Pencil lines have a great sketch right now and a template to work from in digi so I've created this layout using that template....

One sketch two layouts
For this weeks sketch (144) at creative scrappers I've done two layouts, one is traditional paper scrapping and the other is digi, hope you like them both!
I used my kit from scrapagogo for the paper one and a mixture of a couple of digi kits both by Zoe Pearn from sweet shoppe designs

Dabbling in digi again
In my quest to learn how to use PSE I have been watching a few more digi tutorials and had another bash at digi scrapping...I love paper scrapping so digi won't ever replace that but sometimes it's just nice to try something new for a change. I used this kit from Zoe Pearn.

Plodding on
I'm getting through the photo's from last year that I really wanted to scrap...not too many to go now to be ready to move on the this year's. This LO is form photo's taken late spring in the bluebell woods, and I've used mainly 'Attic Treasures' kit from scrapagogo to complete it.
Just gonna have a spot of brekkie then we're off the Eden project for Dan to do some photography towards his art GCSE course work. TFL x

Autumn 'staged'
I've been busy creating a few more layouts to get me nearer to completion of the pages for my 2010 albums...here's another one.
This was a fun day throwing leaves around to capture the shots, hence the title 'staged'.

Still winter
It's still winter, but instead of crisp white snow and cold frosty weather we have mist, 'mild' temperatures and dreary grey skies full of rain clouds.....this damp weather plays havoc with my hair....it makes it go wavy and yucky and I officially hate it! We did have a nice snowfall back in December though and we made the most of it by going out walking and sledging. I created this layout of Dan on the sledge this week to remind me that 'proper' winter weather is GREAT!

A sketch
I love taking inspiration for a layout from a sketch, it's really great at kick starting the creative process when you've not done any scrapping for a while.
Scrapagogo not only produce great kits, but also provide loads of inspiration too....this layout is based on the Feb 'Blueprint to go' sketch.
It's my lovely little nephew looking so smart ready for his first day in school.......

Done some scrapping...woohoo!
Well following on from my previous post I did really have good intentions of blogging and scrapping and did neither - whoops!! Life has been so busy with helping Beth with her school project, making sure Dan gets enough revision for GCSE's done and getting ready for my Ofsted inspection which I had this week...all went well and I can settle down again knowing that I'm doing a good job!
I went to my craft room yesterday armed with a sketch challenge from Creative Scrappers (141) and this is what I came up with...
