Bling it on!

In the quest to complete some more Christmas cards (and not have them all the same...which is sooo tempting!) I've been seeking out some challenge blogs. So this card was made to fit in with the brief for some 'bling' at Less is More

Unfortunately it's been quite dark here lately so that's the best piccie I could get! Hope you like it. TFL

Christmas catch-up

I had a day off all to myself today.....kids back at school and Lyndon at work! So, after a spot of grocery shopping and a run round with the hoover, I decided to take some time out just for me to do some scrapping! I managed 3 layouts.......

All from Christmas. I particularly like the middle one, since I'm enjoying making some cool photo collages in Picasa...so easy too! ...try it!

Evidence of a good time

I can't believe it flew by so quickly. One minute we were putting out snacks for Santa and the reindeers and the next, here I am the day after boxing day feeling almost like I blinked and missed it! I suppose when you're having lots of fun with family around it does pass quickly, but somehow this Christmas seems to have been and gone quicker than ever!
That said, Beth was delighted that all of the snacks she laid out were eaten, and we all had some super duper pressies to open and enjoy, and spent Christmas day and Boxing day surrounded with our wonderful family, having lots of fun and laughter....and yummy food!

Christmas Eve

The gifts are bought/made and wrapped, the baking is done, and the food shopping has all been stored away for the next few days, all that remains for us to do is wait for Santa!

This year is special as it's my niece Caitlin's first Christmas...I wonder what she'll make of it all?

We're gonna head off to Looe in a little while for our traditional family gathering for a walk on the beach and fish 'n' chips lunch together..yum!

Wishing everyone a very happy, safe and warm Christmas xx
