A great day out

I love half term......especially when the sun is shining, it makes me feel so happy and relaxed, and today was no exception, we went to Lydford Gorge for a nice walk, had a look at White lady falls and the Devil's cauldron, all of which were fab! We also sat in a bird hide for a while and saw several birds as well as some super cute squirrels...they kept us entertained for quite a while (will try to post some piccies tomorrow). On the way home we stopped off at the farm to pick some strawberries....YUM!

Jump!

Here's this weeks sketch from sketchy Thursdays

Diggin' in the sand

Pencil lines have a great sketch to join in with this week....

Here's my take on it...

Top half term!

Well it's back to work today after a fab week off for half term. We made the most of the great sunny weather and had 3 days at the beach, 2 of which we were body boarding and the other just having fun in the sun with Ethan and Caitlin......

It's hard to believe it was so nice since it's barely stopped raining today!
I've just gathered some up to date challenge sketches, so I'm hoping to get a couple of layouts done this week.....hopefully!

Richmond Park and China Town

Just two of the places we visited during our half term break in London.
We had a great week, visiting family and friends as well as doing some 'touristy' stuff. The weather was kind to us too!

Dan took a great photo of the deer early on a Sunday morning.

And I love this shot he got in Chinatown of all the chinese lanterns
